At the age of 19 , while playing baseball Dr. Fishel injured his lower back. Several different treatment options were available. Dr.Fishel had limited success with the medical route and a friend recommended that he try Chiropractic. This was only the beginning of his health transformation. After leaving Albany and his baseball career behind, Dr. Fishel attended New York Chiropractic College.Dr. Fishel has received many awards and honors including the NY Chiropractic Council's Beacon award, which is given to the Chiropractor of the Year.
After graduating NYCC, Dr.Fishel served at many different facilities: including Village Chiropractic in West Palm Beach, Florida, and Park Avenue Chiropractic.
The biggest inspiration in his life continues to be Dr. Fishel's late mother, Lila Fishel. Lila passed on from breast cancer in October 2002. I have dedicated what I do to the world and have made a commitment to educate the world."
