What is Wellness?
Everything that one must do to ensure optimal health. At the Wellness
Center of NY, this includes proper focus on Fitness, Nutrition,
Stress, Neurological System . Wellness Discussions are held at the
Center,as well as outside at various locations. Click

Fitness
A proper exercise routine will be designed to get your cardiovascular
and musculo-skeletal systems to their best levels. The body was
designed for movement and we will get you moving. Click

Nutrition
In order for you to be at your best, proper fuel is needed for
the body. The focus of our nutrition program is not a "diet". Diets
obviously are only temporary. We will establish a program that will
work today and in the future. This will enable you to continue to
stay well, even after your immediate goals are reached.

Stress
Stress is considered to contribute directly to more dis-ease than
anything. There are many different factors to stress. They can be:
